Amano Museum

Amano Museum (Museo Amano) must be the kindest and most beneficial place for Japanese people in Lima as "Chikyu no arukikata" says.
You will have an opportunity to have an explanation in Japanese for free (!) regarding the history and culture of Peru, expecially the pre-inca culture called "Chankai".
Their collection of the ancient pottery and fabrics are fabulous!
I was amazed by the bright colors and modern design of the fabrics and could not believe they were made nealy 1,500 years ago!
This place is absolutely worth while visiting, and I recommend to visit there at the beginning of your travel of Peru like I did, then you can have better understandings and see the things from various angles.

What was also interesting for me is the Japanese people gathered to the museum.
I had not seen any Japanese since I arrived here, so I felt a little bit relieved to see the people from my country.
But, for me, they look kind of "unique" somehow...
However, I might be the most unique one because it seemed I was the only girl who were traveling all alone!
